The agreement between RepCycle and the organizations and individuals that use it.
Effective 19 August 2026
RepCycle is a sales-training simulator. It generates an AI prospect, conducts a simulated voice or text sales call, and scores the representative's performance against a configurable rubric.
RepCycle is a training tool. Its scores are an assessment of practice behavior, not a prediction of real-world outcomes, and are not a substitute for a manager's judgment.
Most accounts are created by an organization for its employees. The organization is responsible for who it invites, for the roles it grants them, and for removing access when someone leaves.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
You agree not to:
You own the content you upload and the training data your team generates. You grant RepCycle the license needed to host it, process it, and produce scoring and coaching from it, for as long as your account is active.
We do not use your content to train third-party AI models.
On termination you may export your data. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion timelines.
Plans are billed in advance, either per seat or as a pool of simulation credits, and renew automatically until cancelled.
Some usage is metered beyond what a plan includes — most commonly voice calls past the plan's included allotment. Metered usage is measured hourly and billed in arrears. Your current usage against your allotment is visible in the billing screen at all times.
If a payment fails, access continues during a 30-day grace period while we retry. If it is not resolved by the end of that window, the subscription lapses to the free tier and paid features stop.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
RepCycle depends on third-party AI, speech, and telephony vendors. A vendor outage may degrade voice quality or temporarily disable calls; the service reports its own status at /api/health.
You may cancel at any time from the billing screen. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, that we are legally required to terminate, or that has not paid after the grace period.
We will give reasonable notice before terminating for a curable breach, so you have a chance to fix it and to export your data.
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to account administrators before they take effect, and the effective date above will be updated. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the revised terms.
